You may return all unused items purchased at GhostGrip.com within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. Please read the following list to understand our policy.
- Your return is within 30 days of receiving your order..
- You will be refunded your total amount minus 10% restocking fee..
- Your refund will be processed within one week of receiving the authorized return.
- If the product is faulty or we are fault GhostGrip will pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fees..
If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item.
