Antiperspirant Dries Sweaty Feet

Help Dry Your Sweaty Feet

Sweaty foot is not only an annoyance, but also an embarrassment when we are in public. Sweaty feet can be treated with an antiperspirant. Feet are tender and require your care. Antiperspirant dries sweaty feet: this is a universal truth. Antiperspirant dries a pair of sweaty feet effectively.

Dries Sweaty Feet: Ghost Grip Antiperspirant?

Sweaty foot can be a recurring problem. Antiperspirant recommended by a doctor can help cure this problem within a short while. Dermatologists sometimes suggest using antiperspirants on your feet to fight foot odor and Athlete’s Foot. A double-blind study at the US Military Academy reveals that cadets who applied antiperspirants to their soles for 3 nights before a hike were less likely to grow blisters, but were prone to skin irritations.

Antiperspirant dries sweaty foot and medications have been prescribed by dermatologists to help patients tackle situations like these. A solution that dries your legs can even deal with a smelling, irritated, tired or blistered foot. The best thing is that, once you apply the medicine, you won’t feel horrified at the sight of your feet once you take off your shoes, or be wary of revealing the smelly little secret to your new date.

Dries Sweaty Foot: Antiperspirants

Antiperspirants not only reduce the growth of bacteria on your feet and keep them clean and refreshed all day, they are also a viable cure for Athlete’s Foot. Dries sweating toes: this is what antiperspirants are all about. The problem of having an Athlete’s Foot is that it can be treated naturally, which is, as it happens, a time consuming procedure. If this is the case, treat your feet (that are sweaty) with Ghost Grip as the natural treatment process is not always very effective. This antifungal cream is of immense help and entirely does away with the bacteria that result in the development of the Athlete’s foot. Feet that are dry keep your body warmer for a longer period.

A sweaty foot is a problem that attacks people coming from different professions such as:

  • Runners
  • Cyclists
  • Football Players
  • Athletes
  • Construction Workers
  • Skateboarders
  • Baseball Players
  • Soccer Players
  • Hunters
  • Skiers

Feet Cure

If you suffer from any of the following problems – Athlete’s Foot, blisters and/or cold wet feet and smelly feet or shoes - here’s the next generation remedy for you. Yes, this is Ghost Grip, a scientifically developed combination of antiperspirants and moisturizers to treat a sweaty foot. The medicine helps fight sweat, odor and bacteria even before it starts to form. A lotion that really works: right!

Apart from helping you get rid of foot odor problems of all kinds such as sweaty foot, Athlete’s Feet, foot blisters and an itchy foot, here’s a lotion that also helps reduce chances of suffering from a frost bitten foot this winter. Feet that are dry help you keep warm at the same time. Therefore, in order to ensure toes that are non-sweaty and fragrant, join the resolve to fight all kinds of useless powders and funky sprays that are ruling the market today.

Wear Socks

A pair of socks is a viable remedy against a sweaty foot as they prevent your shoes and feet from smelling. The primary reason as to why your foot smells is because of fungi or bacteria that rots old skin. The skin of our foot grows every 28 days when a new cell forms on the underside (of the skin), and a new skin cell forms beneath it. This progression carries on until the cell lying at the bottom reaches the top and is shed off as dandruff or dander.

Now, if this is the biological progression, you must wear socks, as otherwise, the old skin will deposit in your shoes where it will rot and emit an unpleasant odor. What socks actually do is that, they check the old skin from getting into your shoes. Once you wash your socks, you can do away with the old skin and prevent you’re your socks as well as the shoes from smelling. This is how you can deal with sweaty foot by wearing a pair of socks.

Preventive Measures

  • When you have a wet skin, the bacteria that rot your feet can multiple. You can prevent this by pouring a small quantity of the powder into your socks’ toes before putting them on. This keeps your feet dry during the day.
  • Secondly, don’t wear the same pair of shoes everyday; you can wear them every third day so that they can dry out between use.
  • The bacteria causing a sweaty foot can also be killed the by using an ordinary deodorant (which contains aluminum chlorohydrate) to your feet. Apply it during the bedtime and practice sleeping by putting your socks on. If your skin begins itching, wash the lotion with soap and water.

After applying the above mentioned techniques to treat a sweaty foot, if the problem still persists, check with a dermatologist who will perform tests for fungi. Wet lesions are created by the bacteria and dry scaling is often the result of fungal infection. You can seek treatment from a dermatologist by opting for the suitable antibiotic or antifungal medication.

Check with your Shoes

  • Check the linings. Leather shoes often have a plastic lining, so choose shoes without a lining or those that have a leather lining.
  • A sweating foot can be cured with washable insoles.
  • Cleaning the inside of your shoes with the vacuum cleaner nozzle removes dried sweat; wiping the insides of your shoes with surgical spirit also helps.
  • Wearing trainers induce cheesy foot conditions as these are insulating and synthetic.

Take Care of your Foot

  • Often, the soles of your feet have hard skin. These are dead skins which become moist when damp. This is ideal for bacteria germination. Use pumice stone to remove it.
  • Take a footbath in warm water with a few drops of tea-tree oil for its antibacterial properties. Once through, dry your feet thoroughly.
  • Use black tea to soak your feet everyday and dry thoroughly; it contains tannic acid.
  • You can even use surgical spirit, available in pharmacies. Stop if there’s foot irritation.
  • Fungal infections (Athlete’s Foot) can occur between your toes. The skin between the toes turns soggy and red. An antifungal foot spray is more effective in this case than an antifungal foot powder. Use the spray for 10 days after the symptoms disappear. If not, see your doctor.
  • If there are small pits in the skin of your soles and have a pungent odor, you may be suffering from the ‘pitted keratolysis’ bacterial infection. This is common in soldiers in humid conditions (known as ‘Mekong foot’ by US troops in Vietnam). Treat this with antibiotics.
